HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011nr
Microsoft Windows 11

I have been relentlessly searching regarding plasma burn-in and found that there are many HP Spectre x360 clients having similar issues that I am with plasma burn in which is highly frustrating as I have spent $2,000 on a laptop that is almost non-functional. Considering how many other customers have had the same issue, it would just make sense that HP recalls such an inconvenience to their customer base but I guess I have to suffer the long way and see what HP can do for me. The brightness in the upper left corner of my screen is diminishing and the burn-in is slowly extending to other regions of my computer. This would be the third time I have had to send my laptop in for similar issues and now I am out of warranty! I have never left my screen on for extended times and now am coming to the point of needing to spend another 2k on a computer just to get it fixed.

I have run troubleshooters and downloaded/redownloaded the drivers for my NVIDIA graphics card and Intel Graphics and to no avail not come to a solution. I have restarted the Bios and connected to an outward display and the issue does not appear on the external display. Please tell me if there is something that HP can do to resolve this as it is not physical-related damage.. I literally did nothing to my computer and its screen is completely burned in.
