Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The pen that came with my HP Spectre laptop doesn't work when off the charger. When I plug it into the USB-C, it lights up white (indicating that it''s fully charged), and I can use it just fine. But when I take it off the charger, it doesn't work anymore. I don't want to have to replace it again. Help!
