The computer began to randomly blue screen with the following error:
video TDR Failure (nvlddmkm.sys)
Upon reading solutions online I executed the following:
1. Checked Nvidia Driver, had been updated automatically to 24.21.13.9836. I removed this and updated the Nvidia Driver to the latest version 24.21.14.1771. This did not resolve the problem.
2. I downgraded the video driver to the version listed on the HP web site, 22.21.13.8259. This eneded up disabling the graphics card upon boot as a failed device.
3. I updated the bios along with the audio driver and others as indicated by the HP support tool. After this, I tried all 3 video drivers and I still get either the "Video TDR Failure" or "Video scheduler Internal error".
4. I ran the HP diagnostics tool and it indicated no errors.
5. I have tried several different drivers off of the Nvidia website with the same result. The computer continues to crash regulary and sometimes quicker based on what program you open. Another error I am seeing is initiated by the epic game launcher "Unsupported graphics card, There is a problem with your graphics card."
Any suggestions, I am running out of options.
