Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx through HP G5 dock can’t get both screens to display 2560 x 1440 just one at a time. When I try to adjust the other screen it doesn’t have the option for the second display. I can switch them around but can’t get them both at the same time. Any suggestions?  Thank you
