I too have the same problem so whats the solution

I had to get a refund and purchased a surface,  brilliant anyhow they couldn't fix the issue. What country are you from?

I am from India and i have the same issue as digicom said exact the same, isnt it a software issue do i need to change the digitizer i brought this laptop nearly 11months ago
