Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

The below image shows the display issue of the SPECTRE laptop.  its just crossed 2 years of normal use.  Can someone review and reply on the probable solutions?  Is there any possible software/windows 11 related issues?  The external monitor works fine.   Is replacement of display panel only solution ?  Is it possible to replace with non touch display ?

 

If any HP engineer can explain possible reason for such display going bad.
