HP Spectre x360 15"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my HP Spectre x360 15t Gfx-Plus in November 2018. A few days ago, my screen started ghosting bright images. I uninstalled, then reinstalled my graphics drivers, updated the BIOS (the problem persists on Advanced Startup), then did it all again with a representative through the HP Support Assistant, and I ultimately concluded that it is a hardware issue.

However, there is no physical damage to the laptop -- in fact, the ghosting started after it sat on my desk for the weekend. The only cause I can think of is that I played a video game on full brightness using the Radeon RX Vega M GL graphics card before I noticed the ghosting.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is replacing the screen covered by the warranty because I didn't damage the screen?
