On 2/2 Wednesday night, my laptop started flickering but I didn’t think much of it as this had happened occasionally ever since I purchased it on June 2020. I always assumed the occasional glitches were due to overheating, such as when it was connected to the charger for too long. However, yesterday 2/3 and today 2/4, the flickering and glitching has gotten severe- it is so severe to the point where it is too troublesome to use the laptop at all. It is impossible to distinguish what you’re seeing or what you’re clicking on. I’m also not able to adjust the brightness of the screen, and the laptop lags when I type or click on something. The laptop is in perfect condition, it has been well taken care of. It has never been dropped, any sort of external damage is out of question  as we make sure to use it with caution and store it in a protective sleeve. I have tried several things to solve the problem. I connected my laptop to an external monitor and the external monitor shows no signs of flickering. I have also updated everything. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics drivers and display drivers, but the issue remains. I am quite frustrated as I paid over 1k for this device, and it is unfair to be having issues with it, especially in such a short period of time when it’s been used gently. This device is especially important to the entire family because we use it for work and school. I would greatly appreciate if someone could reach out to me as soon as possible. Thank you ahead of time!
