How do I turn off the touchpad on my HP Spectre x360?

@CLTDrew Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to disable the touchpad for HP Spectre x360.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

I suggest you create a new System Restore Point before making any changes in the registry.

1: Open Registry Editor by pressing Windows + R, then type Regedit.exe and click OK.

2: In the Registry Editor, go to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTPEnh

3: On the right side, create a new DWORD value (right click to get create option) and rename it as DisableIntPDFeature.

Finally, change its value to 33 (make sure that Hexadecimal is selected under the Base section).

4: Close the Registry Editor and reboot your PC
