HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ap000 CTO

I've recently been running into an issue where after I use my computer in tablet mode, after I switch it back around, it won't recognize that it's in laptop mode again, and the keyboard and touchpad will remain disabled. I've tried flipping it back and forth to get it to sense that it's switching, but usually just have to restart the computer to get it to work again.

Additionally, perhaps not related, but occasionally after using it in tablet mode, certain keys on the keyboard will stop working. I haven't noticed which keys in particular, but it doesn't tend to be localized to a specific part of the keyboard -- backspace, c, g, h, a, and s are ones that I can remember off the top of my head. It also doesn't necessarily tend to be consistent.
