Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek1000 (742J1AV)

Hello everyone.

I own an HP Pavilion x360 and have the problem that my HP Active Pen G2 cannot write on the touch display, even though it is connected via Bluetooth. Why is this, do I need a special pen for my laptop?

Did you find any help? Because I have the same problem. 

But for me the pen does not work (even though connected and everything) but after 10' it does again for like 2' and then it stops working again. SO maybe it is the touch screen, but I can still use the touch screen with my finger so I am really confused.
