HP-Stream-14-cb-172wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I think I've tried everything. My HP-Stream-14 Laptop updated a couple weeks ago and the click pad randomly stopped working. I have been using a plug in mouse since,  A few nights ago I was able to mess with the laptop and get the click pad working with no issues.  This morning I tried to use the clickpad and again its not registering. The ELAN touchpad does not show up.  It's extremely weird as the keypad works fine. I spent like all day trying to fix it. Its super frustrating as this laptop is new.  It shows error 24 when I try to download. I even did a factory reset and its still not working. I deleted reinstalled an ELAN driver and I get the error message. I try to download the correct version from the hp website and it doesnt't give me any options for my model. I tried downloading a random one I thought was correct and it gives me an error. When I scan my computer with the assistant it says all drivers are up to date. Hoping you can help!!
