HP Stylus
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Stylus isn't working. I used it months ago. I found out something on the internet that it deactivates automatically after a long time no use. Is it true? Then how should I activate it again? If not, what is the solution, should I try a new battery?

@Dhruvil18

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly, all the batteries must be good for the pen to operate properly. I would suggest check and install the new battery to power the HP stylus.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I saw the same thing in the HP community, but some users said that even after getting the new batteries it didn't work. I just wanted to clarify won't there be any problem other than battery?
