Hello,

 

My hp tilt pen has stopped working. It doesn't write or show cursor when I use the sharp edge but it shows the cursor when I use the rubber or the edge. I have tried to charge, the computer says that it is 100 %.

 

I have tried to install new drivers (all of them, in https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-14-dh1000-convertible-x360-pc-series/29...  and I get the following message: 

 

"The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.19041)."

 

I also have tried to update other driver in hp assistant support.
