HP TRUEVISION HD WEBCAM

Hello,  I have Been all over trying to find suitable    True Vision HD Webcam..........After an update SOMETIMES, I CAN NOT GET A  PICTRE FROM THE CAM, JUST NOT A CLEAR ONE........ALLTHOUGH IT WILL NOT LAST LONG.

I went to the hp website, tryed to enter my pc's make,  Yielded  no result's,  One component I am missing is imaging device

And I did try to update the camra through device manager, But, it says,  "The best driver for the device was installed"

I tryed turning my privacy setting's off, and my cam  on.

Not sure what else to do.

Let me check your current system configuration.

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Biometric Devices>

- Expand <Cameras>

- Expand <Imaging devices>
