Hello, I have been searching and googling for past two days trying to figure out why HP pro tablet active pen (797838-001) not working on my HP 15-BK057sa laptop. I have found several posts that they are compatible on here, but when I try to use it, it doesn’t seem to work. What I am doing wrong?

Is it an HP Pavilion machine ? Are you sure, the fait is it does NOT support active stylus at all.

Regards.

Hello, yes it is HP Pavilion x 360 15-bk057sa laptop. According to several posts on here the laptop should be compatible with HP Pro Tablet Active pen(found two posts confirming it) I have purchased the pen and tried to use on the laptop, but it doesn’t work. So I don’t know if I am doing something wrong when using it or the pen is faulty, or this is not compatible. Instructions didn’t mention Bluetooth for connection, just inserting battery and then holding close to screen to connect. I have used a new battery, so I am sure this not the battery issue. I found post about the troubleshooting the similar issue, but the links are no longer active as the post was quite a while ago.
