Specter 360 with Nvidia
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'v read a couple of post on this problem.  The computer will wake from sleep but the monitors will not wake unless I unplug and plug back in the USB-C cable.

One post suggested I update the Nvidia Graphics Driver from the Nvidia website.  I did this but it did not fix the problem.

Another post suggested the problem was with the monitors' power setting.  My monitors both have eco and sleep mode turned off but I'm still having the same problem.

Is there any solutions for this problem.

The problem is now fixed.  I updated the firmware and changed the Power Management setting.  For the power management went to:

1.  Device Manager

2. System Devices

3. Select Thunderbolt Controller - right click select "properties"

4. Select "Power Management" tab and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

What is your computer ? Is it fully compatible with tho dock ?

If yes, please go to the computer site to update firmware for the dock (if available).

Regards.

HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2.  Where would I find a firmware update?

Still have the same issue after updating firmware.  I do notice that problem occurs mainly when the I restart the system after it's been a sleep over night.  The monitor and system are set to sleep after 10 minutes and hibernate is set to "never"
