Product: HP Tilt Pen MPP2.20

I recently bought a new laptop and it came with a HP Tilt Pen. I've been trying to charge it for hours but it still is not fully charged. Quick guide says I'll know it is fully charged when its orange light turns white, but even though I left it charging all night and all morning, it's still orange. What could be the problem?
