Hello,
I have recently purchased the HP Tilt Pen (2MY21AA) and on the website that sold it was written that it is compatible with my computer (HP Spectre x360 convertible 13-4151nc) but the pen works only in presentation mode. My computer can connect to it and in presentation mode is everything alright but as soon as I try to write with the pen (no matter the app I use), nothing happens.
Could you possibly tell me if it is really compatible or if there is something I can do to make it work?
Thank you for your help.

@pavlovil
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
After reading your post, I did go through the Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus of your product and found that this computer is compatible with the Pen and Stylus.
Download the HP Pen Control app if it is not preinstalled on your computer. Use HP Pen Control to change the settings on your HP Pen using the instructions in this document.
Download the HP Pen control app from the Microsoft Store:
-
In Windows, search for and open Microsoft Store.
-
In Microsoft Store, search for and open HP Pen Control.
-
Click Get, and then follow the on-screen instructions. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05478395 to Configure the HP Pen Using HP Pen Control Software (Windows 10)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
