Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I got this new laptop and the HP True Vision HD Camera is not working.  All it tells me is, "Your camera is reporting that it is blocked or turned off by a switch or button on your device. Please unblock it or turn the switch on to use it."  I don't have a switch or a button on the keyboard. Im confused.  Please help.
