I downloaded YouCam9 and all I see when I launch is is the cyberlink logo.

I tried all the step in the instructions and it did not work.

Went to the camera app in windows and it does not work.

Downloaded an old version of YouCam5 and it works, but the Camera App does not work.

 Pavilion dv7

Serial # 5ch1262r45

Everything was working fine.

Had to replace the hard drive.

Now when I click on the Camera app the light on the laptop comes on, but there is no picture showing.

Installed the YouCam9 and there still is no picture.
