Needs a new driver to be installed !I need to use windows hello face recognition .Please provide it .Do something .

Is the camera / webcam in your computer a high-grade IR type camera??

IR camera is a specialty device and is not standard on all computers.

Windows Hello facial recognition requires the IR camera.

What is your Product Number / exact computer model?

How to find

Hello Face requires that your particular computer include the correct type of camera to support the "Face" feature.

Method - Check your computer to find the type of camera

Control Panel > icon view > Device Manager 

Open Category Cameras

Method – Check Settings for “Windows Hello Face”

Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options

If Windows Hello is not available, you will see a message:
