HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2

Hi,

 

I have just bought a HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2. I have a HP monitor (HP E24u G4 FHD USB-C ) and a HP laptop (HP Elitebook 830 G8). My laptop runs on Windows 11.  Both my laptop and monitor work perfectly but when I connect my monitor to my newly bought HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2, it is not detected. I have updated the drivers but it's still not working. My mouse and keyboard (both non-HP products) are detected by the docking station, so I don't understand why the monitor isn't working !

I'm now getting the message "display connection might be limited". This is really frustrating! How can an HP docking station not work with a HP laptop and an HP monitor!
