Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14t-dw100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop will not recognize my dual monitors with the HP USB-C Dock G4 ... but does recognize the keyboard, mouse & power .. 

Trouble shooting indicates the driver my need to be re-installed?

Your HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14t-dw100 is a CTO machine, I can't get its specs but it should have same ports with the following machine

 

               HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1008TU

 

Unfortunately your machine is NOT on the compatible list of the HP USB-C® Dock G4 (discontinued) 3FF69AA. The list is

 

HP ProBook 600 G4, 400 G5, G6
HP EliteBook 800 G5, 700 G5
HP EliteBook x360 1030 G6 & 1020 G2, G3, G4
HP EliteBook 1040 G4
ChromeBook x360
HP Elite x2 1012 G2

Thank you for the response.  Would you be able to advise and/or recommend a docking station that is compatible?

 

I would also need to be sure it's compatible with my work laptop as I work remote, my work laptop is a 

HP EliteBook 840 G6 5CG0152R8Y/Window 10 Enterprise (64bit)

 

Below are the specs on my personal laptop
