I've been running my laptop through my HP USB-C Dock G5 for the past 13 months, today the monitors (2 External) have stopped being detected entirely. The 1st monitor will work when plugged in, but the 2nd monitor will not. And when plugging both in, then neither come on. The 2nd monitor display is working fine, and the cables were switched to verify it's functioning as well. 

Have tried:

- Restarting, unplugging and re starting all that stuff

- Uninstalling and then reinstalling latest windows updates

- Updating latest HP BIOS

- Updating latest HP Graphics update

 

Completely lost as to what is up with it? I'm still in warranty but could do without going x number of days without monitors.
