HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (4D3X1AV)

Dock: HP USB-C Universal Dock (HSA-B005DS)

Laptop: HP Probook 450 G9

 

Issue is the monitors will randomly not turn on after boot or coming back from the laptop going to sleep.

Most of the time we can unplug the dock from the laptop and plug back in and the monitors will display again.

I have tried replacing the dock with a brand new one and still getting the same issue.

Is this a driver or software issue?
