Hello,

 

I recently got a HP Pavilion - 15-cs0815no, and I just bought a HP USB-C G4 hub/dock, in order to use both my ASUS screen and the laptop screen.
I've set it up, plugged in all the USB devices (keyboard/mouse etc.) and it found everything except the ASUS screen, which I connected directly into the hub via the HDMI stick.

Am I missing a driver? In that case, which driver is it?

Your machine is not compatible with your hub. Your machine only has  one USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1. Did you check compatible devices before buying the hub ? Please read the list
