Hello,
I recently purchased the HP USB-C G5 5TW10AA#ABB dock station and attempted to connect two Dell S2722QC 27" monitors (LED, IPS, 4ms, 1000:1, 350cd/m², 3840 x 2160) to my Dell G5 5587 laptop using DisplayPort and HDMI cables. However, the monitor connected via DisplayPort displays at a poor resolution (around 570i), while the other monitor displays 4K perfectly. Interestingly, when I connect just one monitor via DisplayPort, it works fine at 4K.
I also tried connecting one monitor through USB-C via the dock station, but it didn’t work at all, despite the fact that connecting two monitors directly to my laptop without dock station via USB-C and HDMI works without any issues with perfect resolution.
Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
