HP USB-C G5 docking with HP 340S G7

Hello

I got two brand new HP USB-C G5 docking stations and I am unable to use it with HP 340S G7.

Pressing power button does not turn laptop on nor I am able to have any video output. Laptops are working with no issue without docking stations.

Docking connected to other HP laptops are working properly.

What can I do ?

Laptop model is 2D222EA#ABZ

It ONLY has 1 hopeless USB Type-C™ with Data Only port on the right hand side which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

• Charge your machine,
• Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter
  

In short: It is NOT compatible with the HP USB-C D5 docks.
