Product: HP USB-C Dock G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Multiple users have an issue when connecting the notebooks (450 / 650) with a HP USB-C dock G5 and use dual screens in 4K.

One screen turns black 1/2 times a hours for a couple of seconds. Some screens change color and only a reboot and screen power off and on works.

 

Actions taken:

- Install all updates (dock and notebook)

- Change bios on the 650 that fixed tha resolution probleem but not the blink (but less then the 450)

- Change cables.

- Switch left and right monitor. 

 

Need help I am out of ideas.
