Hi all,

I have an issue connecting the G5 dock to my laptop, the issue concerns the video signal transmitted to the 2 displays connected to the docking stations via DisplayPorts.

My laptop is a Samsung Galaxy Book 12'' SM-W720 and this is what happens. Once I connect the G5 USB-c to my laptop it starts to charge but no video signal is transmitted. Maybe, there is a missing driver? or some compatibility issue? or something else? but the result is clear.

The docking station recognises the laptop and charges it. The laptop doesn't recognise/see the monitors.

 

Can you advise if there is a solution? or if there is any workaround to use the G5 with this laptop?
