HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

The HP pen that came with my Envy x360 has suddenly stopped working. My touchscreen is fine and I can still use it in tablet mode and to write with my finger but the pen does nothing.  When I charge it the light still turns on and changes to white when it is fully charged. I've tried swapping out the tip but that made no difference. The HP pen app is useless because all it does is let me change what the buttons do. What I want to know is if there is a way to confirm that the pen is connecting to the computer and to reboot that connection if possible.

I don't know anyone else with a similar computer so I can't check if the pen works elsewhere.

Here is the info from the back of the box that the pen came in.  Does this help?
