With a Probook 640 G2 running Win10, can I use the UltraSlim docking station's USB 3.0 port to connect to a KVM to drive two monitors? I don't require 4K video, just 1080 (and no gaming use)

Very interesting, normally KVM has a switch and you what is the reason for you to use USB - KVM switch for 2 monitors ? Do you think this would work ?
Regards.

I have two computers, the HP ProBook 640 G2 and another recent purchase that has USB 3.0 and 3.1 ports (and a Thunderbolt 3, though I'm saving that port for an eGPU for deep learning purposes). I want to be able to switch back and forth between the two computers with just one keyboard and mouse, while switching the dual video streams of each computer to the two monitors. There are KVM switches that take USB 3.0 input for the dual video streams, so I am considering one of them if the UltraSlim dock can actually output two video streams through a 3.0 port.
