Product: HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (511V8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just got this laptop and purchased the HP Universal USB-C Multi-port hub to be able to use multiple monitors.  The hub is working for ethernet and the other USB ports, but it does not recognize either the HDMI monitor or the display port monitor.  The cords are working because if I plug one directly into the laptop, it works.  Please advise.

The issue is that this laptop model does not have a DisplayPort compatible port in the USB-C port, so extra displays cannot work.
