*** Update ***
With a little more messing around, I found that the problem was with the HDMI cable. This doesn't make a lot of sense as I only unplugged the cable to attach the dongle and replugged the cable when I was done. The cable, plugged into the V27i, works fine if I use a different HDMI source. Nevertheless, a new HDMI cable has it working again. Go figure.

I have a V27i monitor connected to my HP 800-G1 tower. Output from the 800-G1 is DisplayPort to HDMI dongle and HDMI cable to the V27i. This has been working swimmingly for several years. Yesterday, I plugged a Chromecast device into the V27i's HDMI port to configure it. I removed the dongle after completing the setup and plugged my 800-G1's HDMI cable back in. The 800-G1 was powered off during the Chromecast's setup.
Upon rebooting the 800-G1, the V27i no longer displays via HDMI. The 800-G1's onboard Intel Graphics control panel recognizes that the V27i is present but any attempt to send output to it is met with a blank screen. The V27i connects via VGA (fortunately).
I plugged the Chromecast back into the V27i's HDMI port and it displays without issue. I tried a Factory Reset from the V27i's menu without any changes. Any thoughts? TIA
