Hi,

From the photos, this looks more like an internal display panel issue than a normal Windows color/profile problem.

The important detail is that the lines appear near the bottom of the screen and are gradually increasing. That can happen with a failing LCD panel, panel bonding issue, display cable/eDP connection issue, or pressure damage near the bezel/hinge area.

Please try these checks:

  1. Connect the laptop to an external monitor or TV by HDMI.
    • If the external display is clean, the GPU/driver is probably OK and the issue is likely the internal screen, display cable, or panel.
    • If the same lines appear on the external display, then it may be a graphics driver/GPU issue.

  1. Restart the laptop and enter BIOS/UEFI by pressing Esc at startup, then F10.
    • If the lines are visible in BIOS, it is not a Windows driver issue.
    • If the lines only appear inside Windows, reinstall/update the graphics driver and BIOS from HP Support.
  2. Take a normal Windows screenshot.
    • If the lines appear in the screenshot file, it may be graphics/software related.
    • If the screenshot looks normal but the lines are visible only when photographing the screen, it points to the physical display panel.
  3. Do not press on the screen/bezel area and avoid opening/closing the lid more than necessary if the lines are increasing.

If the lines are visible in BIOS and the external monitor is normal, the recommended repair is usually inspection/replacement of the internal LCD panel or display cable. If the laptop is still under warranty, I would contact HP Support with these photos and request display service.

In the BIOS setup utility I can see the lines where the screen background colour is blue!

Doing screenshot it wasn't appearing as well..

Yet I don't have external HDMI cable to connect with external pc I didn't do!

So now what to change bro ?at last..!
