I tried to update bios before, but after I started the file itself what is directly from the link, it creates another one. When I start that file nothing happens.

Hello @toly4470

Skip the Bios update and continue with the following drivers.

Updating drivers did not help. I found before newer drivers on video also no luck. Maybe bios, but I do not know how to update. But if nothing will help is this cpu? Even HP Suppor Assistant do not see in update that my bios is old, and all UP TO DATE))

I did not explain that I can solve almost any problem with Windows computers. Also I know how to flash the bios, I even have a programmer for this. But in this situation with this notebook as I already wrote in the first post that nothing happens when I start the file of update bios. I tried different version of bios file. The setup file creates only file in C:\SWSetup\SP142549. And thats all. When I start that file in that folder SP142549 nothing happens.

I took anothe PC and that file perfectly started and creates already usb flash. What is wrone with this notebook?

UPD: Also, why HP Support Assistant program do not see that bios on this notebook is old and to propose to update the bios on newer one?

Hello @toly4470

Do you have valid HP warranty ?

Check HP warranty status:

You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here:

To find serial number follow:

Don't post serial number here in the community !
