Product: HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation (2K1J7AV)

HP ZBook Fury 17.3 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC.   have set the BIOS setting for the backlit keyboard timer to 'never'.   when I turn on the keyboard light with the function key, it turns on for about 1 second and the keyboard light dims...   how do I switch the light to stay on all the time?
