Product: HP Z27k G3 4K USB-C Display
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello Team;
My environment is as below
* HP Zbook 14u G6 Mobile Workstation
* HP Z27k G3 4k Monitor
* HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2 Dock
I connected my monitor with a good quality display port cable. When using the PC everything works normally. However, when I leave the PC idle for a long time (4-5 hours) and try to use it again, the system hangs.
Windows, drivers and all firmware are up to date on my computer.
Has anyone encountered or solved this problem before?
Thanks in advance
Best Regards.
