HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC

Hi,

we bought 4 pieces of HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC (PN: 69Q54EA) and 4 pieces USB-C docking HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 (PN: 4J0G4AA). I choose this dock because it's in compatibility list with this notebook.

Let me explain three problems:

a)

2 pcs ntb's is okay.

2 pcs notebooks have problems since clean install Windows 10 22H2. Sometimes one of two screens flick for 3 seconds. It happens every one hour (randomly).

I've tried change dock with others (where this problem is not) and change with other dock (HP USB-C Dock G5 120W, PN: 2UK37AA) - nothing - still ramdomly flick.

One of this ntb's i've reinstalled from scratch and no change. I think it must be HW problem but don't know if it's only for next BIOS/UEFI version or i need to use CarePack warranty and change motherboard.

b) And one more thing... All 4 pieces sometimes have problem after dock by USB-C with LAN (wired in dock). LAN is not detected. There is no LAN adapter. We use UEFI function LAN/WLAN auto switching. Ussualy okay.

c) It's first case. Second case is after docking ntb get dock's MAC. In UEFI I have correct settings - use ntb's MAC everytime, but sometimes it's get dock's MAC - and in corporate network it's problem with DHCP etc. Also for employees loosing time with restarting ntb, unplug AC from dock...it's very anoying for business notebook.

d) Power button on dock HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 (PN: 4J0G4AA) not work. Can't wake it up or turn it on.

Could you help us please?
