Hello.

My company the last week getting some HP ZBook Studio G10 Workstation. Now when we update Windows 11 with 22H2 and 22H3 update the HP thunderbolt 3 Dock stop to show the two external monitor at the same time. 

I try to update the firmware of the dock without success because when it start the flashing app it return to me some error (in particular Synaptics Displayport Adapter get device not found error).

Before the windows update all working well.

I see that in Device Manager the Dock is listed under USB connection..i think that windows detect as connected with USB-C and not with Thunderbolt Module..

Anyone have this problem and know how to solve?.other brands release a firmware upgrade for the dock but not HP..
