Product: HP ZBook x2 G4 Detachable Workstation
Hi my HP Zbook X2 G4 is second-hand and has no warranty anymore. When I draw with a brand new HP pen which is made for the tablet it skips over the top half of pixels on the screen leaving blank space. When I draw with my finger it draws fine. I have tried 2 different pens that were made for this model so I don't think it is the pen. Is this a problem with the wacom technology digitizier maybe? Not sure what to do except bring it in to HP for repairs.
Kind regards. 🙂
