HP active pen g3 for hp spectre x360 laptop

Hello, I'm having problems using my pen active gen 3 that I just bought for my spectre x360 laptop. I can connect it through bluetooth, the button on the upper edge is working but not the tip and the 2 middle buttons, so when I try to use the stylet on the screen, it's not feeling it altough I have read that active pen g3 is compatible with spectre x360 laptops.

Hi, @Acey1 since you can connect the pen to your laptop through Bluetooth, it seems that the challenge is not coming from your pen's compatibility with your HP Laptop.

It will most likely be a hardware issue and see if your warranty for the pen is still valid so you can have it fixed or replaced.
