Product: HP dock g5

I bought hp dock g5

 

My gf has an asus zenbook um425. When I connect cable to asus, zenbook laptop sometimes do not recognize monitor resolution simultaneously (1monitor-4k, 2monitor-2k). And I have to reconnect cable any times. Asus’s type-c support power delivery and display port. 

what kind of problem it could be ?

Life is not easy. There is NO such thing called one size fit all in terms of USB-C docks and not ALL USB-C ports are the same. The problem is they are NOT compatible. I don't think the HP USB-C G5 dock is 100% compatible with your HP Omen.
