Product: HP ZBook Create G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

unable to reach out to any human being from HP under HP Care Plan extremely poor service . I have been trying for couple of days hours on end only to be in a loop of HP services giving me the run around. I have defective key on the laptop and cant reach no one under the HP care plan service. Not impressed at all.
