HP laptop does not recognize external monitors when connect through a docking station

HP Recommended
laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Model: 14-dq2045cl

Laptop does not recognize the external monitors when I connect external monitors to the laptop with a docking station.  It works fine with I connect the monitor directly to the laptop.

Its specs

what is your docking station ? How do you connect them ?

Please note: Your machine ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine
  • Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter

Regards.
