I have an HP spectre x360 convertible. The screen has always been glitching out in a weird way. First going blurry then glitching out. I'll post an image with the result. It then returns to somewhat normal while still randomly glitching out (going blurry). No drivers need to be updated or anything, brand new computer.

If you keep this, matters will only get worse -- as this is almost certainly a hardware error and there is nothing we or you can do to fix this.
If this was mine, I would contact where I bought it and demand a full refund -- as you should not be having issues like this with a brand new PC.
