Dear HP Team,

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the unresolved service issues with my HP laptop that have persisted for over eight months. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and phone, I continue to receive the same scripted response, promising contact within 24-48 hours— a promise that has never been fulfilled.

The HP CSS Service Head, who is supposed to oversee the resolution, has failed to provide transparency or accountability, often masking their identity and avoiding direct engagement with service providers. The outsourced partner, Prime Digitronics in Yelahanka, Bangalore, has compounded the problem. Despite being entrusted with the replacement part (HP Omen LCD screen) over a month ago, they have not repaired my laptop and have even caused additional damage, such as a dent. Their unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness are unacceptable.

Furthermore, HP failed to address the laptop’s initial heating issue, which I reported within the first month of purchase. My request for a replacement was ignored, and since then, new issues have steadily emerged. This entire experience has severely undermined my trust in HP's service and support.

I kindly request immediate intervention to resolve these issues, including a replacement or comprehensive repair of my laptop. I also urge HP to reassess its association with unreliable service providers, as such practices are tarnishing the brand’s reputation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift and definitive resolution.
