Hello. My screen on my HP pavillion laptop has gone green and pink and blurry. Here's what I've verified so far:
- i rebooted all different ways: the problem persisted.
- i updated all drivers from HP, the problem persisted.
- i automatically have OS updates installed, so the Windows OS updates are installed. the problem has persisted.
- I connected to an external monitor, the display works fine. there is no green/pink on the external monitor.
- I booted in bios, it appeared the screen was fine in bios.
- when i rebooted into windows again, there was a few minutes where the screen seemed fine but then slowly turned pink and green and blurry again.
- what do i do next?
