Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Guys,

I bought a refurbished HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr1012dx and I also bought a HP Active Pen HSTNN-W01P because the seller told it was compatible, now i tried to install the HP pen control and its say the device is not supported which lead me to believe that the laptop does not support the pen or the laptop does not support any pen.

Can you help to confirm this?

If not compatible which model is compatible with my laptop?

anyone? i just figure out the HP Pen tilt is compatible, any thoughts?
